Since many of these kits have strips that can overlap onto your gums or trays that only have one size, your gums are in danger of being attacked by ingredients that they aren’t meant to come in contact with.

· Not whitening your smile enough, or long enough: The reason that these kits sell so well is because they’re cheaper than getting this procedure done professionally, but if you continue to buy them over an extended amount of time because your smile isn’t as bright as you want it to be, you may end up spending the same amount of money you would have if you scheduled an appointment. In comparison, patients would rather spend less amount of money if they’re able to get immediate satisfaction as opposed to spending more and going out of their way to whiten their teeth.
